At Stone Field Hospital, we provide both inpatient and outpatient non-invasive diagnostic procedures and a number of invasive procedures performed in the Cardiac Catheterisation Lab (Cath Lab).
Our facilities are fully equipped to provide the technical knowledge needed to undertake advanced cardiac procedures.
Our extensive cardiology service is one of the most modern in the country, offering fully-equipped ward rooms, a cardiac catheterisation laboratory with an adjacent Cardiac Day Unit, and a comprehensive Cardiology Outpatient Department.
This specialty is staffed by caring and highly skilled Consultants, Nurses and Physiologists and is equipped with the most up-to-date diagnostic and interventional tools available.
The Department is comprised of Consultant Cardiologist, Specialist Cardiac Nurses, Cardiac Physiologists, Administrators and a Cardiac care assistant

Non-Invasive Diagnostic Procedures
All non-invasive procedures are performed in the Cardiology Outpatient Department and require referral by a doctor.
Invasive Procedures
Patients referred to the Cardiac Cath Lab will be admitted under the care of a Consultant Cardiologist, who will perform any invasive diagnostic or interventional procedures.
